[Anchor elders and dysphagia diet development multinational workshop]
First, the purpose of the course
For cases of dysphagia and poor chewing ability, the practice side is mainly chopped meat or tube-filled diet, which makes people unable to enjoy eating, resulting in poor appetite and nutrition. If you can provide a soft and safe swallowing, color and flavor of the diet, it will be of great help to people's quality of life. Japan has developed this special diet and applied it to long-term care institutions. This workshop invites Japanese practitioners with practical experience to share experiences and production processes for the elderly and dysphagia.
